Catherine graduated in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University. Additional post graduate qualifications include Mulligans nags and snags and Sports Massage.
Having gained a wide range of experience working within the NHS in the areas of musculoskeletal, orthopaedics and nuerology, Catherine developed a special interest in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Outside of the NHS Catherine has also worked as a club physiotherapist for Rygbi Gogledd Cymru (RGC) rugby club and for the iFDA (International Football Development Academy). She has also enjoyed providing support at the Paralympic World Cup in 2009 and at the Great Whitton Cycling Challenge as well as other popular sporting events.
Catherine is an excellent sportswoman herself. She is a keen netball player, playing for and running a local club, as well as representing North West Wales. She also enjoys playing wheelchair basketball recreationally.
